Faculty, Instructors, and Teaching Assistants: To report a new violation, log into MySlice and scroll to “Faculty Services.” Then click on “Academic Integrity – New Case” to open the case creation page, as shown below.
Staff members or students seeking to report an academic integrity violation should contact the Academic Integrity Office (firstname.lastname@example.org or 443-5412) or the Academic Integrity Coordinator at the school/college where the violation occurred.
On the case creation page, begin by clicking “View Instructor Guidelines” to see step-by-step instructions for new case creation. Then click “Create a new Academic Integrity Case” to open the portal for case creation. The Instructor Guidelines will remain visible during case creation.
Occasionally, instructors report that they receive an error message when attempting to create a new academic integrity case. If this happens, ITS recommends trying again using a different browser.
