New this spring:
Peer-to-Peer, Virtual Academic Mindfulness Workshops
All workshops will last 60 minutes and will take place on Zoom. Workshops will be led by experienced CLASS coaches and tutors, with training in mindfulness techniques. Attendance will be capped at eight participants so there is plenty of time for questions and discussion in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
These exercises are not for everyone and can sometimes be a difficult experience. You can always take a silent break or leave the session at any point. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you may speak with a non-judgmental/confidential resource by calling Barnes Center at The Arch, Counseling: 315-443-8000.
